Roommate wanted in nice house with property in Covington LA 70435 - Covington - live on 500 a month

I have a lovely three bedroom house in Covington on 4 acres. One bedroom is now an office with internet, etc.
The acerage is beautiful and there is a precious creek & woods for beautiful walks, shallow swimming holes and lots of privacy.
I will need help with the electric...... and phone bill. Water is free. Yummy healthy well water.
There is a 100 by 100 foor garden plot ready to be tilled and planted.
Just planted fruit trees and will be planting more.
The house was built by hand 25 years ago and is very nice.
There is a big shop; would fit at lease 6 cars. I used to have a welding shop there. I teach art, yoga health food and water therapy.
I live a pretty quiet life, but do love music. Bonfires are FUN, also. I have never had satalite or cable, but we can get this.
This property is on a dead end road. I have the greatest neighbors in the world.
The town of Covington is 10 minutes away. New Orleans is an hour away. This can be less when there isn't traffic.
I love animals and they love it here.
